Executive Chef Dave Hynes has created an approachable yet sophisticated menu with his take on regional fare with a southern twist. In using high quality locally sourced products the menu features plenty of "Coho Classics" with a mix of new creations. 

​​Potato Crusted Salmon and Kris Pinot Grigio served with English pea puree, baby carrots, braised red cabbage and malt vinegar aioli. Kris Pinot Grigio is from Delle Venezie in Italy. It is lean and refreshing on the palate with hints of blossom and honey and enticing aromas of acacia flowers, citrus, tangerine, and hints of apricots and almonds.
