Our August pairing is our delicious Crab Linguine and the 2013 Angeline Reserve Pinot Noir. The recipe hails from Chef Dave's grandmother and her Italian roots. This rustic tomato sauce marinates for two days in crab bodies to infuse the flavor. The linguine is topped with 2 oz of jumbo lump crab meat and topped with sliced garlic and our delightful tomato sauce. This dish is paired with the 2013 Angeline Reserve Pinot Noir which has dense, sophisticated aromas of berries and spicy cherry cola with an understated creamy, caramel finish
